'A healthy mind resides in a healthy body'. Sports teach more than just a game. It is a great source of learning the important values of teamwork, loyalty, spontaneity and ability to handle pressure. We have a wide gamut of indoor and outdoor sports for all ages. .These includes athletics, football, cricket, volleyball, basket ball, throw ball, badminton, and chess. There is a dedicated time set aside everyday in order to pursue these activities. Regular physical training through MPT which is conducted and is suited to the stamina levels of children, according to their age.
